Assistant Director
Elizabeth has always served underserved communities. She has lots of experience with autistic and differently abled children, and she has completed coursework on autism.
Elizabeth is the UNC Chapel Hill campus founder of Students Who Sit, which connects the Carolina community with trusted sitting and care. [Add her maternal health site and link here when it is ready.]
Serving underserved communities in Durham has always been at the heart of what we do. Triumphant Kids is how we do that every day, one family at a time.
Linda opened Triumphant Kids so she could stay home with Elizabeth. She did not want to hand her daughter to someone else, and daycare was expensive, so she decided to offer loving care herself at a fairer price. From the start she built Triumphant Kids on trust and community, and she has served families in Durham, including underserved communities, ever since. It opened on November 1, 2011, and it has been a family business from day one.
What we believe
Kids come in all kinds. We make room for every one of them, just as they are.
You know your child best. We listen first, and we talk openly, every day.
Curiosity grows when children feel safe, loved, and free to explore.
